New version of cell_explorer.shiny.R to illustrate the 3-panel UI

In this version, the UI is composed of 3 panels: one narrow column on the left for user input and a larger column on the right divided horizontally in two sections with a plot area on top and the bottom area for data with tabs for image and data table.
