Update of the analyses Rscripts to work with archived data on Zenodo

Cecile Le Sueur requested to merge csv_to_rds into main

We update the Rscripts of the paper analysis to load rds files instead of csv files. These rds files can be downloaded from Zenodo. We also add the Nextflow plugin for the Carbon footprint computation, computed for each run of the Nextflow pipeline.
