New version of GPMelt!

Cecile Le Sueur requested to merge gpmelt_revisions into main

With this commit, we add the nextflow pipeline, using the python code located in the "bin" directory. The code linked to the analyses presented in the paper are in the folder "Analysis". A tutorial is provided in the "Tutorial" folder. The data couldn't be pushed because of the size limit, but will be uploaded ASAP and linked to this repository.
