WIP: convert Morphological Filters module to proper layout

@tischer @halavaty @hossain Please could one of you take a look at this and try to fill in some of the TODOs? In particular, this module still needs:

  • more detail in the "Motivation" section
  • platform-specific exercises
  • links to appropriate "Learn Next" modules
  • a figure/diagram to illustrate the concept?
