This MR replaces the existing 'first pass' at the masthead with more granular patterns.

  • vf-global-header this pattern is the white top level logo and organisation navigation

  • vf-navitaion--primary this is the department/team navigation

  • vf-navigation--secondary this is the sub-brand navigation

  • vf-navigation--tertiary this is the organisation navigation used within the vf-global-header

  • vf-masthead this is the sub-brand title, department title and department search

  • vf-header this pulls in the above patterns
