updates component generator script

As we are re-thinking (slightly) how we are naming patterns - what they do / what they are for and having patterns that are specific to parts of the organisation this update includes:

• options to have vf-, embl-, or ebi- prefixes (perhaps in future this list should be either expanded as needed or include a 'other' where a developer includes their own prefix
• creates relevant pattern inside the block, element, container folder of the relevant dept/team.
