updates logo to an actual image and removes European Molecular Biology Laboratory

In this MR we have:

  • updated the global header logo to remove European Molecular Biology Laboratory text
  • changed the image from a background image to an inline image
  • added relevant alt text for the image to read "European Molecular Biology Laboratory Home"
