set up constant access token for google api

This might allow us to remove input data from the image and instead redownload at every push (not sure if this is better or worse than our current solution).

Alternatively, we could think of a better way (i.e. not google drive) to host the input data. One thing I tried is to make scp work from within docker container but I couldn't get that to run last time.
