Remove personal Rstudio files from repo, clarify Package subdirectory

The folder .Rproj-user and the file GRaNPA.RProj should be removed from the Git. Same for .Rhistory in the Package subdirectory

Also, the Package subdirectory seems to contain the same files as the root directory, what is happening there?
