Parallelization not working correctly

I run the main function today, setting cores = 20, and in the part where it prints "Actual network number", I was suddenly using pretty much ALL cores on seneca, see the screenshot here. This shouldnt happen, somehow, all cores have been used.

I'd give this a high priority, as one cannot run GRaNPA on the Rstudio server like this.
