Initial setup

adding an episode file with draft objectives, key points, etc for each planned section.

progress so far:

• 1: syntax elements (including a brief intro to the lesson template)
• 2: numpy & pandas
• 3: plotting
• 4: argparse
• 5: coding style
• 6: info on challenges for parralel session on day 5

All points are open to change before and/or after merging - I don't want to pretend that I can guess exactly what you'll want to cover in your sections and anyway the other instructors will also have their own ideas.
